As an IT business leader operating in an emerging city, you would appreciate, local consolidated Business Intelligence and focused community around it plays a major role in growth of an industry and region. However most times, this is a missing element and results into pending decision making and stagnation. This is an attempt to raise solution to this wide problem starting with very own alma-mater city Nagpur (ranked emerging Tier-III city).
pManifold's IT practice Team has launched growIT.initiative (www.growIT.in) starting with Nagpur, that aims to connect local IT businesses with global resources and opportunities. Some key features of this stakeholder engagement portal:

- provide local industry intelligence for professionals and businesses to attract and retain skilled talent
provide local news and analysis, interviews, research reports, surveys, company directory (106+) and more
With first POC now demonstrated in IT sector @ Nagpur, hope is to scale it to other Tier-II and Tier-III cities in India and also across other sectors like Education, Energy, SME and Rural.
